85% Loan Purchase – All asset types
- Selling bank holds 15% of each loan and sells 85% to BAML (pool originator)
- Available in all 50 states
- DSCR of 1.0 or better, all asset types including multi-purpose, hospitality, special purpose, single purpose
- 25 yrs fully amortizing with variable rates or fixed rates for 3 years, 5 yrs or 7 yrs
- Selling bank receives premium income based on pricing as well as servicing income

Clearinghouse service for 504 first mortgage lenders throughout the U.S.
