As the nation’s leading non-profit SBA lender, CDC has leveraged its relationships with over 100 lending partners to offer and create loan programs that provide access to capital to entrepreneurs who cannot qualify for conventional loans.
These financing programs give emerging businesses the boost they need to expand and grow into a “bankable” enterprise that creates new jobs and strengthens the economy. We work with lenders to establish specialized lending pools, arrange loan guarantees and provide technical assistance. We also contribute our own funds to create loan programs.
