#WebinarWednesday – Timely Answers for Your Small Business Now, CDC Small Business

The immediate needs of small businesses have shifted since March, when business owners started to respond to the impacts of the coronavirus. First they wanted answers about relief programs and how to access them. Now, the conversation is changing – and thankfully, small business supporters continue to drive the dialogue.

Sources we trust, such as SCORE, the Small Business Majority, Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, offer a multitude of tools and guides, in addition to webinars to talk you through the details of navigating the new normal.

We know how busy small business owners are though, and we want to help, so we launched #WebinarWednesday – a page on our website dedicated to highlighting the top webinars to help you get answers for your business now.

We update this page every Wednesday to provide a one-stop shop so you can find some of the best webinars coming up in the next week.

Experts on the broadcasts continue to address government policies related to the coronavirus, but the topics have expanded too – an acknowledgment that small business owners are embarking on different stages of recovery.

Answers to guide your small business

Here are examples of some of the new content, which is more about managing for the long haul, rather than responding to immediate needs:

Simple Ways to Boost Your Productivity While Working Remotely – how to keep yourself and your team on-point as many workers continue to do their jobs from home.

Guidance for Re-Opening and Maintaining Safe Salon Operations – industry-specific information for owners to protect their customers and employees.

Webinar archives

Remember, too, that many sites maintain webinar archives, so if you can’t make the live broadcasts, you won’t miss out. You can follow the link and still access the event.

Here’s a sample of what can be accessed On-Demand:

Digital Mental Health and Virtual Community Building – a guide to helping yourself and your staff with wellness during times of uncertainty.

The Way Forward: Commercial Trade Challenges – emerging issues that affect the supply chain pre- and post-Covid-19.

STAY CONNECTED AND UP TO DATE

In addition to #WebinarWednesday, we closely monitor other best practices and resources to help you manage your business. Here’s how to get the latest details:
