This guest blog post is provided by Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses.  Goldman Sachs and CDC Small Business Finance proudly partnered to offer Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses scholars and alumni access to apply for Paycheck Protection Program loans offered by the SBA.

Small Businesses are facing challenges and need support

The state of small businesses right now is so fluid and changing daily. Some businesses are actually thriving and trying to figure out how to keep up with demand. While others are trying to figure out how to stay in business.

For both, finding new opportunities can play a big part in pivoting or reframing their business, just as much as expanding a business line. An essential part of that process is planning. Planning for re-opening, planning for economic downturns, but also planning for growth and that is why 10KSB helps each business owner in our program build an actionable growth plan tailored to their business.

Access to Multiple Networks

This program is unique because it exposes business owners to a variety of different networks, from a business advisor who is assigned to work with you one-on-one, to subject matter experts who teach on the topics based on best-in-class curriculum as well as years of experience in their field, to the peers that you meet and build lasting relationships within class.

Education plus support equals growth

After graduation, participants are not only connected to the local alumni network in Southern California of over 1,000 local business owners, but also connected to an impressive national network of over 9,000 alumni across the country!

Since 2009, over 9,000 small business owners across the country have completed the program.  Below is an overview of the impact we have had.
