To support their growth, sustainability, and resilience, The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Entrepreneurship Program (10KSB) was launched in 2009.

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is a FREE 11 week educational program for business owners that links learning to action. Through the program, participants gain practical skills that can be immediately put to action on topics such as:
- Negotiation
- Marketing
- Employee management
The program also provides tools and professional support to develop a strategic and customized growth plan, allowing the business owners to take their businesses to the next level.
Eligibility Criteria:
- You are the owner or co-owner of a small business
- You have been in operation for at least 2 years
- Your gross revenues were a minimum of $150,000 in the last fiscal year
- You have at least 4 employees, including the owner(s)
