LaKisha Gant is passionate about helping small business owners get the access to capital that they need to purchase commercial real estate for their business. Gant serves as Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending for CDC Small Business Finance, a California non-profit corporation whose mission is make a difference for the small business community.
CDC Small Business Finance is the nation’s most active 504 and Community Advantage lender in terms of the loans issued, dollars approved and funded.
Gant has been active in the field of economic development since 2001. In her 20 years in the industry, she has been responsible for managing the production teams that have generated over $5 billion in small business lending. Gant is dedicated to supporting her team and fosters a collaborative team culture.
