RELIEF + RECOVERY LOAN OPTIONS: 

 


PAYCHECK PROTECTION PROGRAM LOAN – ROUND 2

CDC Small Business Finance will be offering the Paycheck Protection Program – Round 2 Loan (PPP-2) to OUR CURRENT PORTFOLIO OF SMALL BUSINESS CLIENTS.

For CDC Small Business Borrowers: If you are currently a CDC Small Business Finance borrower, you have been sent specific details via email about the PPP-2 application process along with the link to apply.

Not a CDC Small Business Finance borrower?  We recommend you reach out to your bank.  Many banks are offering the PPP-2 to their customers.  Please bookmark this page, as we identify more resources providing the PPP-2, we will add links to those organizations here.

The following organizations may be an option for getting a PPP-2 loan:

  • Clearinghouse CDFI is accepting PPP-2 applications
  • RCAC is participating in PPP lending, serving the 13 western states – rural areas only

 


CALIFORNIA SMALL BUSINESS COVID-19 RELIEF GRANT – Round 2 February 2-8, 2021

Round 1 closed January 13, 2021.  Round 2 is February 2-8, 2021.

CDC Small Business Finance is proud to be a partner of the $500 million California Small Business COVID-19 Relief Grant Program.   The program provides grant support to highly impacted small businesses in disadvantaged communities, underserved small business groups, and in geographies and industries disproportionately impacted by COVID-19 health and safety restrictions.

  • CDC Small Business Finance is a partner and is providing informational webinars to small business owners to assist them with the application process.
  • CDC Small Business Finance does not collect any documents or have any decision-making authority.  
  • Documents MUST ONLY be uploaded to the Lendistry Grant Application portal.  

TECHNICAL ISSUES: Due to the high volume of interest in the CA Relief Grant, there may be delays in accessing the application.  Any technical issues are being addressed as quickly as possible by the Lendistry team.

    • Online
    • SBA Alert: Beware of Scams and Fraud Schemes Guide: We recommend you review the SBA’s alert about potential fraud schemes related to economic stimulus programs offered by the U.S. Small Business Administration.  This guide will help you identify grant fraud, loan fraud and phishing.
  • Who can Apply:
    • Businesses in California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington DC, Detroit MI and Houston, TX
    • For-profit small businesses whose operations, revenue and staffing have been disrupted due to COVID-19. 
    • Businesses impacted by COVID-19 that need funding for working capital and inventory 
    • Businesses that are fully or partially operational who are in compliance with state and local COVID-19 regulatory requirements.
  • Timing:
    • We are working hard to respond to your loan request as quickly as possible.  Please note, there may be a slight delay due to high demand. 
  • Loan Details:
    • Loan amount:  $20,000 – $250,000 
    • Credit Score minimum of 680
    • Variable Rate: Prime + 2.75 to 6%, based on applicant’s combined business and personal credit 
    • Term: 10 years fully amortized helps keep your payments low
    • All fees financed through the loan
    • Personal guarantee required
    • No prepayment penalty
