If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us or refer to loan guidelines posted on SBA.gov for more information.
How will CDC Small Business Finance be impacted by the shutdown?
We are open for business! At CDC Small Business Finance and the Momentus Capital branded family of organizations, we will continue preparing new and existing SBA 504 and Community Advantage loan applications, and submit to the SBA once the shutdown has ended.
SBA 504 Loans
- Loan packages will continue to be worked on by our team.
- Loans will be prepped for submission to the SBA so that once the shutdown ends, we can submit the application for review.
- The SBA will not be accepting any new 504 applications during the shutdown.
- Loans scheduled to fund in February will still fund.
SBA Community Advantage Loans
- Loans will continue to be worked on by our team prepared for the SBA, and after the shutdown ends, loans will be quickly approved under our delegated authority.
- For loans already approved by the SBA no later than 01/30/2026, we will continue to process and fund these loans during the shutdown.
We are available to answer any questions you may have about how the shutdown is affecting any of your deals and SBA 7(a) and 504 lending in general.
