Shadiya Hagisufi manages Internal Loan Officers, oversees the Loan Application Support Coordinator, and supports the broader team in deal analysis, prequalification, and operational excellence. Her team provides financing to small businesses across the country, with a focus on California, Arizona, and Nevada, as well as the metro areas of Dallas-Fort Worth, Washington D.C., Detroit, and Atlanta.

As part of CDC Small Business Finance, the #1 SBA Community Advantage lender in the nation, Shadiya is committed to coaching her team to help small businesses find the financing that is just right for their needs. She has over 12 years of experience in small business lending, focusing on credit policy and underwriting. Shadiya holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
