Kimberly Dorsett is responsible for developing and executing Momentus Capital’s human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction. Her responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, organizational and performance management, training and development, and total rewards.
Ms. Dorsett has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and construction industries. She became the organization’s first Chief Human Resources Officer in 2020 after joining as the Director in 2016. Previously, she served as the Human Resources Director for the Federal Home Loan Banks.
In 2023, Ms. Dorsett earned a Human Resources Leadership Award from DC Live and was recognized as a Leader of Distinction by HRO in 2024.
Ms. Dorsett completed the Chief Human Resources Officer Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bethune-Cookman University and a master’s degree in Management from Marymount University.
