Insurance Policy Requirements
CDC Small Business Finance must, at all times, have a current copy of the required Insurance Policy for the building and/or business personal property used as collateral to secure the loan. We will periodically contact you or your agent and request proof of insurance. At that time, we also ask that your insurance agent provide the following:
SBA/CDS should be named as Mortgagee and/or Lender’s Loss Payable as follows:
