My name is Kathy Koenig and I am the CEO of Culinary Concepts. Currently, we have 35 full-time employees and 80 to 100 on-call employees at any given moment. It’s a lot of jobs, yeah.

We chose to buy our additional building this year because it would help us be more efficient. My experience working with the CDC has been very supportive.

If I have questions, they’re there to answer them. They helped quite a bit with the paperwork, which is what you hear people most afraid of.
